What The High Pass collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The High Pass is operated by New Jersey SEO Firm, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated: June 10, 2026.
Information we collect
When you claim a listing, we collect the email address you verify with, your name, and an optional role. We do not collect passwords, sign-in is by a one-time email link.
Agency listing data (name, location, website, public contact details, and review counts and ratings from public review platforms) is compiled from public sources, not from you, and is published as part of the directory.
How we use it
We use your email to verify that you control an agency's domain or to review a claim, to let you manage your listing, and to contact you about your claim. We do not sell personal information.
Authentication
Sign-in uses a one-time magic link handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). A session cookie keeps you signed in while you edit your listing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, approximate location, and device type. It sets cookies and collects usage data through Google. We use this only to improve the site; we do not use it for advertising and we do not sell this data. You can limit it through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools. Aside from analytics, the only cookie we set is the sign-in session cookie described above.
Where listing data comes from
Listings are compiled from public information, including business data from the Google Places API and agencies' own public websites. If you want a listing corrected or removed, use the contact form and we will review the request.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of providers to operate, each processing data only to provide its service to us: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Google (the Places API for compiling listing data, and Google Analytics for usage measurement).
Agency logos shown on listing pages load in your browser from either our logo provider (Logo.dev) or the agency's own website, so those hosts receive the standard web request data (such as your IP address) when a page displays them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls, and we rely on managed providers (Supabase for authentication and data storage). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.
Retention and your choices
We keep claim and account data for as long as your listing is claimed or as needed to operate the directory. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through the contact form. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights over your information; contact us to exercise them.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
