Acceptance
By accessing or using The High Pass (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
The High Pass publishes ranked, editorially compiled listings of marketing agencies, drawn from public sources and verified owner submissions. Rankings are produced by a computed score described on the methodology page. Listings are informational; they are not endorsements, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
Listings and accuracy
Listings are compiled from public information and may be incomplete or out of date. We make a good-faith effort to compile accurately and to correct errors when notified, but we provide the Service "as is" and rely in part on third-party data outside our control.
Corrections and removal
Listings are compiled from public sources. An agency may claim its listing to verify and control it, request corrections to factual errors, or request removal from the directory. Correction and removal requests are honored.
Claiming a listing and accounts
An agency owner or authorized representative may claim a listing to manage it. By claiming, you represent that you are authorized to act for that agency and that the information you submit is accurate. Access is verified by email; you are responsible for activity under your verified email. We may decline or revoke a claim where we reasonably believe it is unauthorized or inaccurate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk extraction, no attempts to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Service, no submission of unlawful, infringing, or knowingly false content, and no claiming of a listing you are not authorized to manage.
Intellectual property
The Service's editorial content, rankings, design, and compilation are owned by New Jersey SEO Firm, LLC, which operates The High Pass. Content you submit when claiming a listing remains yours; by submitting it you grant The High Pass a non-exclusive license to display it as part of your public listing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Jersey SEO Firm, LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any listing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
